This company is all about it's culture! They strongly promote a great culture and this can be seen on a day to day basis. Fun activities means that people from different departments who may not interact for work, are friendly and happy to have lunch together. From a work point of view, there is lots of room to grow and experiment. CarsGuide is a tech company that wants to push boundaries and they let their staff do that. The senior leadership team does a great job at keeping the whole business up to date with whats happening in each department, so you always feel apart of everything and connected. The office is also in a great location in Surry Hills.

It can be difficult to include interstaters in fun events, which I think can make them feel a little alienated from the Sydney office.

I really enjoy being part of a team where everyone pulls their weight and adds value. The team is really smart and knows their own piece of the business and collaborates really well. The culture is one where we work hard and also enjoy ourselves too. There's a culture club which organises events and keeps us engaged across departments beyond our daily roles. I also love that we're eager in the market and love to win.

As a smaller company we haven't had some of the benefits of a larger company, but since we joined the Cox Automotive family of companies last year we're going to be getting many of those "bigger company" benefits while also keeping our tight-knit team and our fun and feisty culture.
