      Pros

      Only 12days AL for most of the position and need to work 4 more year to add one more day

      Cons

      Most of the officer worker are in between age 40-50 , old school and bad working culture. They won’t accept any new options and new style at work. A lot of work duplicated and time consuming. Won’t recommend anyone to join.
