      Nothing great is at this job.

      Cons

      Will work you to death. I have worked 6 days a week for 10 hours a day for the past 2 years. They have a point system and will fire you if you exceed them. No vacation days for regular employees. Turnover is high. Management is terrible. HR will let the supervisors treat you like crap! I wouldn’t recommend this job to my worst enemy.

      Pros

      The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
