It's a big company, known in many countries, with a huge structure. There are a lot to learn all the time, everything changes really fast, the work doesn't get bored.
Cons
Despite the fact they say we use Scrum, the company doesn't know how to work with it, everything is taken as a regular project, what makes the product life really hard. The company doens't offer many benefits.
