Pros
They hired me right out of school, before I graduated in fact. They helped me pay for CPA books and people are friendly and encouraging to work with.
Cons
They said I was salary, but would dock my pay if I didn't make 40 hours for a doctor's appointment or something. At the same time, there was no extra pay or bonus for going from 40 hours to 60 hours per week in tax season.
