They make you lie to customers There 50% OFF RUG DEAL is an all year round deal but forced to tell customers that if they dont get it today they will pay double Work sundays although staff has asked numourouse times if we can close as no work gets done and there are 0 customers the Sales Manger abuses his power and openly admitted to enjoy scaring the newbys, numourse times reps where dragged out of there location and forced to travel far in hopes they would quit and make there life difficult, they like to tell people they are getting promotions and send them to "Training" this training is being The sales Mangers lap dog for the day from Getting his papers out of the printer. or taking on customers on your first day with no experience in the flooring industry while he emptying the rug salesmen draw and causing a comotion and embarrising his staff infront of cutomers, or the fact they screw up your payroll and instead of trying to communicate with them a repayment the way FAIR WORK TOLD ME TOO They took it all and cashed in all my annual and personal leave without any notice, The Mangers love to spread goss around all the shops, without everything being 100% True Managers will love to tell you they will help make your rosters flexible and work easier, then wait till the end of the day to book your appointments not allowing for any flexabilitys
