The doctor is very sweet and seems to be understanding, they let you take off whenever, hours can be flexible to a certain extent.

Always asking what you are doing, a million reports and meetings, rarely see a bonus, low pay, no benefits, owners rude husband, no room for growth.

Some days you can leave early, but not often.

-Poor management and mismanagement -Told to clock out during company led events -extremely high turnover, which is reflected by the attitude of the owner and husband -no lunch breaks -micromanaging -low pay for area/industry -no room for advancement -deceitful business practices/ offering health care or 401k/ paid vacation (there is none)
