Pros
Great for anyone who is genuinely passionate about the performing arts industry. Clients were much less demanding than at other agencies I've worked at (albeit, their budgets were much smaller, too) There is no billing! SO weird. Never heard of an agency that doesn't track employees' time in order to bill their clients...
Cons
Not great pay at all. No real processes in place...which resulted in communication mishaps b/w management and assistants, etc. The president was a very nice person but extremely hands off. I was also disappointed in the lack of creativity, given this is an agency dedicated to one of the most creative industries.
