      *great products *decent work/life balance *nice office and showroom in NYC *hybrid schedule *I had a chance to work on some creative projects

      Cons

      *company is struggling and there's no clear direction or ideas from leadership to stimulate growth *recent employee churn and layoffs have added a strain on remaining employees and hurt the company's image *design studio lacks collaboration and mentorship, way too much unnecessary drama and miscommunication from the higher ups

      People that I worked with are amazing, the whole company is very educated in what they do and helped me learn a lot.

      Pros

      The main design team is very nice and also very flexible especially if you are still in school.

      Cons

      Most of the time you will not really be learning anything, instead just sitting at a desk doing nothing and staring at your screen. You will probably be cutting A LOT of fabric if anything and it’s not really teaching you much.
