Where to even begin. The entire company’s operations run on emails and cloud based spreadsheets so you have to constantly chase the Spain team for your special orders and requests. The company expects salespeople to do sales, answer website inquiry calls, process and box shipments for the store as well as the website, clean shoes, facilitate repairs, clean, and do whatever else pops into their heads. The overall feeling is that they’re having a major problem with scaling the operation so you’re literally always playing catch-up with prior orders rather than building a book for yourself. Turnover is sky high and most people are burned out in under six months just from the incessant workload. They refuse to invest in any new software or operations staff so you’re literally using 1990s tech to try and eek out a living.
