During the hiring process, the company presents the job as an ideal opportunity, claiming to be a family that cares for each other. However, in reality, it is a shallow, pragmatic, and toxic environment. The HR open-door policy is merely a tactic to gather information and potentially use it against employees. They have no qualms about terminating staff, even during illness or holidays.
Management behaves as superior human beings, always siding with the company regardless of their relationship with employees. They don't fight for the team; they simply do what they're told. The company operates with a no-mercy policy, treating employees as disposable numbers. Speaking up about any concerns is discouraged, as it could lead to contract termination. Unlike my previous company, where I received a farewell party and glowing references, this company has a starkly different approach. Lastly, the product quality is poor, as evidenced by reviews on Trustpilot, YouTube comments, and TikTok.
