Great people, pay and benefits.

There were no cons working here.

I really enjoyed almost all the people I worked with. Good pay for what I did and I learned a lot about aerospace grade alloys and the forging process as a whole. I also got to leave work at work (great work-life balance).

Since 2007, when CFW was acquired by PCC, the structure has become much more corporate, with a strong emphasis on the numbers and profits and all of that, which unfortunately means that the Metallurgy Department does less front-end research on new alloys and new processes and more chasing down of bad parts.
