They have restaurants all over the world. They were the leader in the restaurant industry, setting the stage for social dining and getting together after work to share a drink, relax and have fun.
Cons
You will have no voice, you will be micromanaged, you will feel disconnected and mis-led. You will not be recognized for hard work or initiative. The top leadership changes often - each one coming in with the next GRAND idea, and a big ego. They have lost what they are all about.
