Only reason that I can think of if you were to accept an offer of employment at this company is if you're desperate. Otherwise, work somewhere else. This place can damage your career more than it will help it with no fault of your own.

Truly unethical. They did me really dirty and I'm still extremely angry when this place crosses my mind every time. If you're not liked by the leadership here, you'll be fired. I thought about suing this place for discrimination but I was so brain dead from this unorganized company with its apparent lack of leadership and direction that I just didn't care at the time. If I was a consumer of this company's products, I definitely wouldn't be buying from them anymore after I've seen the company's morals because there isn't any. It's a completely selfish mentality that will make anybody lose faith in humanity. It's a pharmaceuticals company, and I wouldn't trust them with my life with its drugs.
