There have been a lot of changes in the last two years, many for the better, but it can wear on some people.

Pros

The company is currently at the top of the industry and is very well known in the markets that it develops and owns properties in. Employees are given a fair amount of autonomy.

Cons

Project managers are considerably overworked and underpaid. Opportunities for advancement seem very limited. Expectations are not evenly applied, and are poorly communicated. The workplace culture is far too relaxed.

Pros

They serve good free lunches daily.

Cons

HR continually messed up paperwork concerning benefits! Very little leadership. The company (CDG) was sold off as a result of impending Federal indictments. A property management company (CPM) was formed and those in leadership positions had NO experience or training in the field. As long as you say the right think to the CEO, you will stay employed. The CEO is the puppet of the HR director, she runs the company. Those with experience and training don't last long. I suspect they are not done dealing with legal issues.
