Great benefits and salary when compared to Luxembourg standards (not counting the EU institutions) Relaxed atmosphere Job security Amazing aircraft to look at Strong financials (thanks to Covid)
Cons
Extremely siloed organisation No growth No leadership No strategy A mess to collaborate CEO micromanages everything Remote work is considered slacking off Once Covid wears off...it will be in huge trouble due to overcapacity in the market and obsolete fleet (and delay in ordering new ones)
