The only good thing about working here is the vacation days and holidays off..... Most of the time! No guarantee though.
Cons
Where to begin? Excessive hours are outrageous! Most negative work environment I have ever worked in! Communication throughout the company is nonexistent! Their motto is to do more with less. I would never recommend to work for Cargill's operations side. It's living hell! Not family oriented at all!!!!!
