Pros
Nice people to work with. You get lots of holidays and a flexible work environment. Lots of social hours to get to know others
Cons
Where to start. There are always secrets from upper management who has no clue what you do every day. Plus the raise was an insult. You get to see the mean of what everyone is paid then they tell you your at the end because it's a new job. Management keeps telling you that you will get a raise but I only got one a year. Another thing I hated was how management had no clue what I did for my job. They alway asked and when we were in meeting with other people they would act like they knew what was going on then ask me about it later. saving management is important to this company even if they have no clue how to do the job when your gone. We had slackers on the team but they were BFF with management because they were good at making them selfs looks good.
