Too many to state. Politics, favoritism, personal grudges, rude management, ill-tempered people,backstabbing, dumb grading and rating system ( annual and midyear reviews) Everything that should be wrong within an Organization can be seen here.( Could make a good case study).. Back and Forth Tennis style approach of solving things( blame games)- Zero team work, absolutely no consideration for co-workers and subordinates. The place has no sensible thinkers at all, just shameless political animals who are looking to score brownie points and trying to save their backs. Everything is short term, no long term planning. Its all about the numbers. The Management fails to realize that business runs because of PEOPLE and not NUMBERS. Without people, there cannot be numbers. Unhappy people cannot give good numbers,
