Pros
in portfolio there are some excellent solutions (but missing any market access knowledge); leading edge technology; some good people are around, with still some enthusiasm. There are operation areas where there is still something interesting to learn/implement.
Cons
The company has definitely gone out of control; the board is slow in reacting; fully satisfied with their rich dividends, they seem to walk in the footsteps that lead to the Kodak fall. A big change is urgent, otherwise this company will sink very soon. Very american-centric; top management has no clue of what happens at local level - HR operating on a satellite by its own, totally uncapable of managing the human capital.The rewarding system has been set in order to limit prizes and recognition as much as possible.
