Pros
- Variety of shifts - Monthly bonuses based on performance statistics (structure has changed multiple times in less than 2 years, however) - PTO earning - Benefits (though not particularly affordable) - OT availabilities during peak seasons - Occasional Power Hours boost +$5/hr - Team Leads and Supervisors are good
Cons
- No sick time - PTO cannot be used as sick time - Point system punishes for attendance with no availability to cover illnesses or family emergencies - Raises are menial - Little to no financial growth between titles/positions; increase in responsibilities does not equal pay increase - Little to no job growth - Regular verbal abuse from callers and medical staff alike - Standard fluff to show "appreciation" to employees rather than showing care for employees - General training; rushed and leaves many unprepared - lack of difficulty explained in training to prepare for difficult situations - General feeling of "easily replaced" greatly supported by lower than average pay rates compared to competitors
