I came to Care StL Health by accident, if you will. While there are challenges, I am beyond blessed to have a wonderful supervisor, and co-workers, and an amazing team to work with!! I am part of the nursing team and am honored to work for Care StL Health

The cons that I can think of are being worked on

The patients and community are great

Management sucks, poor money management. They do not pay bills, including insurance premiums, unemployment benefits, and 401 k payments directly deducted from your paycheck. It is a very toxic workplace, plenty of gossip and what ever you speak to management about will be leaked to the entire organization. Oh, and they pay you when they want to. They deserve negative 5 stars.
