      The benefits and PTO is great!

      Cons

      The leadership is so disconnected with the people that do the ground work. They do not understand policies and procedures. There are a lot of leaders with no direction. The system isn't working and no one seems to care.

      I have a supportive team, my leadership encourages work-life balance, the company culture is very pleasing to me, plenty of leadership presence and transparency about company happenings, and the employee benefits are phenomenal.

      Ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Extremely low salary for 2026. Far too much work to stay afloat. Everyone is on PTO constantly which makes training/help almost impossible. Tenured employees are unavailable majority of the time and leave unfinished work on your plate to deal with.
