Pros

For the most part, they really do seem to care about their employees. But it’s very dependent on department. They’re trying to do things that would help grow the company. Benefits are pretty good, except the rising OOP max every year.

Cons

I mean… it’s a health insurance company. Some of the plans we administer are heart breaking and soul-sucking. The WFH model is great, in theory, but it’s really inefficient when you’re a new hire and trying to get help. Virtual training is so hard, and the few ruin it for the many. They having to be saving absolutely bundles of money on utilities, but those folks who had to up their data usage, have increased electricity usage, etc. have taken on the costs w/ little increase in pay.

Pros

I have a supportive team, my leadership encourages work-life balance, the company culture is very pleasing to me, plenty of leadership presence and transparency about company happenings, and the employee benefits are phenomenal.

Cons

I genuinely don't have anything negative to say at this moment.

Pros

Ability to work from home.

Cons

Extremely low salary for 2026. Far too much work to stay afloat. Everyone is on PTO constantly which makes training/help almost impossible. Tenured employees are unavailable majority of the time and leave unfinished work on your plate to deal with.
