Pros

Paid Time Off and Holidays are good.

Cons

They overwork what few admins they have, resulting in admins being worked too much and AVP and VPs resigning due to not enough support. They hire upper management constantly but do not understand the importance of the support roles. Parking is in a dirt lot about a 5-10 minute walk away from the building which will soon be built over by the new stadium complex. Very strict cell phone policy due to compliance issues. Very much a "shoot then aim" type company, maybe due to its increasing size and management working remotely. HR department and new hire on-boarding is a disaster, and any time you try to improve any processes you are greeted with defensive remarks from management that cannot take constructive criticism. Feels like a high school with cliques and lots of favoritism. So many policies and red tape that it takes an army to get one thing approved for an employee. (new equipment etc) There is zero trust in the employees. You are treated like elementary school student at times. You can only clock in and clock out manually on your computer which means if you get there at 8 am and it takes 15 minutes for your computer to start up and open the website, you are only paid starting from 8:15 AM. May not seem like much, but when you are penalized for "coming in late" because of this system, it is extremely aggravating.

Pros

Benefits(Health,Dental/Vision) PTO/PST Pay and Compensation

Cons

None really, was just bummed about how it ended. Upeer leadership was very transparent about what the dept future was heading towards though, so I appreciate it

Pros

Flexible scheduling with no set times for breaks or lunches Opportunities for renegotiation and open communication about work terms Availability of financial assistance and room & board support in the event of a catastrophic disaster

Cons

Barely any overtime; if overtime is available, you must be approved, placed on a list, and selected — and selection is rare Heavy micromanagement throughout the day Constant check-ins are required to receive work assignments Failure to respond immediately can result in being pulled into a one-on-one meeting No flexibility to work at your own pace; management controls when and how fast you work There are 10 different processes, each with roughly 20 steps, which can be overwhelming Processes frequently change, making them difficult to keep up with You are expected to constantly reference the DLP to avoid missing steps Missing a single step requires reworking the entire task, even if 40 minutes to an hour was already spent on it
