Pros
Some of the students are very friendly and fun to interact with. Half of the people you work with are very friendly and personable, and will be fun to work with.
Cons
The university has lost its way and won't be finding it any time soon. There has been a lot of set backs in the last 10 years and they haven't figured out how to bounce back from them. So that means low chance for raises, minimal raises if you get one, no room for advancement, random layoffs, random "restructuring" (which is code for positions are eliminated and everyone's work load goes up), no guidance from management, and no accountability.
