Pros
A good job once you get settled in. Co-workers are friendly and easy to get along with, especially if you’re a new hire who’s still getting settled into their position. Most people in the office have good work ethic (most but not all). A good job overall if you’re a hard worker.
Cons
Rumors have it that advancement in the company is minimal. Don’t know if this is the case because I personally haven’t been here that long, but I consider this to be a con if that’s the case.
