I genuinely enjoy my role and the work I get to do. A huge part of that is thanks to my amazing team—they’ve made a real difference in my overall experience. I was initially nervous about the transition into this position, but it went much more smoothly than expected, and that’s largely due to the support and guidance I received.
Cons
While the online training resources are helpful, I personally find that I learn more effectively through hands-on or in-person training. It’s easier to retain information and ask real-time questions when you're actively involved.

Really phenomenal point about the value of providing training in different learning styles. It's a challenge for sure given the bredth of talent out there, but a challenge that is well accepted.
