Pros

Overall CGM has been a fine place to work. They're the first company that I actually believes prioritizes promoting from within. They really do try to live their culture in everything they do. HQ communication gets an A++, especially during all the COVID-19. Cardinal does a great job at responding to complaints or concerns and I believe that they really try to make their team members feel important.

Cons

I feel that sometimes my direct supervisors are too hands off. Training wasn't great after the initial onboarding. One of my supervisors can get defensive when questioning why we do things the way we do, instead of listening and potentially improving the way things are done. There is not a lot of structure for monthly financial reporting, which can get frustrating.

Truly appreciate your using your voice here to add some color to your Cardinal story so far. You make some very good points here about pausing to really dive deep into the why of why we do certain tasks or reports. I think there's a valuable teaching moment in here for the cell teams that we will, of course, bring up in discussions. Keep speaking up and leaning in. Together, we'll do something great!

Pros

I love working here. I feel lucky that I am able to work on projects I love and work with people who encourage me.

Cons

Sometimes change comes in waves- big rollouts all at once feel overwhelming but I understand that happens sometimes!

Pros

- Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

Cons

- Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
