This probably depends on the team, but the people I worked with, both directly and cross-functionally were flexible, low-ego, and collaborative. Everyone genuinely tried to help each other out. The employees were the best part of the company, but honestly the people are what many of us stay as long as we did.

Over time, the lack of structure became very noticeable. there weren't clear processes, defined ownership, or strong direction across teams. Because of that, you often had to wear many hats, digging for context, managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, before even getting to do the actual job you were hired for. Leadership had ambitious plans to turn the company into a tech-driven organization with more digital products and AI integration. However, execution often didn't match the vision. Decisions were sometimes made without enough product or domain expertise, which led a lot of unnecessary meetings, works, and frustration. Opportunities for growth and development were limited. Raises were difficult conversations, and there wasn't much structured investment in employee development.
