Lovely team and great benefits - Systems Support Analyst Cardiff University Employee Review

I really enjoy working at Cardiff Uni - I'm part of a great team and feel very supported. I personally find the culture is an excellent fit for me, as someone who thrives in an environment where I am offered flexibility and trusted to make my own decisions. There is no pretense that the people in my team are my "family" - I am instead given the opportunity to make my job work around my very real family at home. There are also great benefits to the job (including excellent annual leave offerings) and I feel the pay is very fair.
