Pros
Management is incredibly supportive. Pay is above average and overtime rates take earnings to a much higher salary from the advertised £27k a year with an extra day here and there on the weekend to close to £32-£35. Free travel within network and agreed competitors. Great colleagues to work with a strong sense of belonging. Plenty of overtime opportunities. Progression track is clear.
Cons
Breaks can be very challenging with not a lot of time between coming off a bus to the break room to getting yourself to the next bus. Supervisors can be prone to stress and thus come across unprofessional. There isn’t a development programme currently in place and the process is purely self driven.
