Great Opportunity to growth - Intermediate Developer Cardant Software Employee Review

It is a good opportunity for co-op students. I did my co-op with Cardant Software and was able to apply my skills while learning new technologies. Senior developers are very willing and patient to guide me and share their knowledge with me. The experience and skills I learned during the co-op helps me significantly at school and in my career. I was offered a position after I graduated and currently working at Cardant Software.

To a beginner, the platform is big and complex; therefore it takes a while to learn and understand how everything works.

Chaotic management - no idea what they're doing. Believe only 10% of what you're told during hiring interviews about advancement, territory plans, expected income, almost everything - allot of the talk is hyperbole. A lot of bullying and laughing at you because the developers are very territorial and WILL bite you if you are assigned to work with them.
