Graduate scheme is fairly new so you may struggle to make the most of your time if you are not a proactive person

Lots of different technologies and project types to get involved with. Great, smart people to work with who value your opinion no matter what level you are at.

They lack a coherent data and technology strategy, this hampers the whole business and seemingly small changes take an age. Lots of manual work to get test environments set up properly. Lots of tech debt and unmaintained spaghetti.
