The team is so small about 10-15 employees and there is no structure in this company. Everyone is doing multiple roles at the same time, you can find employees like shop associates working at the warehouse to pick and pack, a senior fashion designer beings the boss's PA and doing your job at the same time. Been asked to work with unrealistic deadline with last-minute changes/ decision. If you didn't meet the deadline, you will get shouted at and expected to stay in the office until the task is completed without any overtime pay/ day in lieu in return. No flexibility & consideration of employee well-being. No working from home during the pandemic even the job can be carried out from home. Was asked to travel to work during lockdown and bank holidays to complete some non-emergency tasks.
