• Leadership is driven by cost-cutting at the expense of legal and ethical standards. • CEO (also the founder) openly brags about being “cheap,” often at the cost of employees’ wellbeing and legality. • No proper HR department to safeguard employee rights or address grievances. • Employees are sometimes forced to work without legal permits or are pressured to arrange their own visas to save the company time and money. • No organizational structure or grading—fake “manager” titles are given to appease or confuse, with no promotions or career path ever offered. • Zero focus on employee growth, recognition, or retention. • Fake numbers are regularly reported internally and externally to exaggerate business success and attract investment. • Marketing teams are instructed to generate fake leads and manipulate campaigns for vanity metrics. • Google reviews are often solicited inorganically—customers are pushed to leave positive reviews before their transactions are completed. • Unrealistic sales targets, intense micromanagement, and a constant threat of job loss contribute to a high-stress, demoralizing workplace. • Employee turnover is extremely high, and morale is consistently low. • Dealers—not the platform—drive most of the traffic, while internal sales teams are demotivated due to lack of commissions or incentives.
