Pros
I have been working here for about 2 years now in sales. It has been amazing thus far! The management team is great, motivating, and want to win. Good support and team culture. The whole store in general is like a big family here. Seems a lot of focus on sales, but I can walk in the back and have a great talk with anyone from any department, everyone wants to help! It starts from the top down and our General Manager is great! But our executive team is very good as well, and are very easy to talk to when they are in town. Always willing to help out if they hear something. They offer support when they think it will help! It is rewarding to those who want it and want to win! And those are the people I want on my team! Oh and the events are great (ball games, holiday party, etc) there are more benefits than just money! Im definitely bought in to the CarSense way, and you need to be to be successful! That's what sells here, the employees!
Cons
Just standard sales job things. Just save up when it great, and be ready when it slows. The opportunity is always there though no matter what. Just need to make it what you want it to be. If you coast you'll be paid as if you coast but if you want it you'll be rewarded. Seen people come and go along the way, but you need to buy in to it for it to work!
