Pros
Lots of money potential That’s about it
Cons
They expect you to work 7 days a week to reach the income they hold in front of you like a hot dog on a string. They say you can work remote, but make every excuses to not allow you to. Managers act like they care about you as long as you’re giving your life to them and doing well. As soon as you have a rough month they don’t care about you and threaten your job just making you even more stressed and harder to perform well. They claim they don’t have call queues to send good calls to their favorites but their whole system is based off of separated queues and their accumulated data for the 20 years they claim to have been in business. When you’re doing good They will convince you to move to different sales departments promising you will make more money and if you don’t do as good there then they blame you. You can get used to making a certain income and then they change things to make it harder and increase the money they keep which in turn sets you up for financial failure. The owners have goals to become billionaire status and in turn make whatever changes they can to increase their profit while decreasing your capability of making the money you were used to. They expect you to care more about money than your health or family. Salary isn’t a livable amount and the commission/bonus isn’t guaranteed. Very cultish.
