Totally invaluable culture. I had worked at CarMoney for a year, the culture is fantastic, the company has great values, you feel part of such a great movement, the people are great, really high quality lead sources, lots of lenders, operational efficiencies, strong opportunities, good structure and competent management. I actually left CarMoney to go work for another finance broker and honestly, it was a massive eye-opener. The difference is night and day. You realise how fantastic this opportunity is and how lucky you are to be part of this amazing, fast-growing and exciting movement. The morale on the sales floor is invaluable, good energy and genuinely an exciting place to be. I came back to CarMoney after realising that none of the other brokers could even compare to be honest.

Genuinely none that come to mind. This is the place to be if you want a secure career, with high earnings, actual good quality leads, strong efficiencies and processes that make the sales role genuinely enjoyable. Like any sales job of course, it is a fast paced and sometimes challenging environment with pressures however if you have hunger and drive, you will thrive in an atmosphere like this.
