Pros

There are many opportunities for advance night, however, with the recent grows they are willing to promote anybody which results in Managers that have no business being in the position.

Cons

Over the years the company's culture continues to decrease. This company says that they pride themselves in work life balance, transparency And always having your back. After many years with this company I can attest that this is not the case! This gets even more aggressive as you promote up the latter. As a commission or hourly associate, you can basically run the place. Come and go-as-you-please, say and do whatever you want without any repercussions. This is because the company is so terrified of getting sued they allow associates to walk all over them. Promoting into management was the death of my career! This company overworks, under pays and under appreciates their mid level managers. You are working 50 plus hours a week, for terrible pay and constantly required to come in for pointless meetings on your only days off. Keep in mind those meetings are not paid! The company feels that as a mid level salary employee you are at their Beck and call. The company recently fired multiple Los Angeles managers due to being oversaturated. They did this all while telling those managers that they were being let go or demoted due to performance, which was not the case! Things are ever changing with this company, and not for the good!

Pros

Remote work, first 2 weeks of the 2 month training, offers sick time before PTO rolls in

Cons

Little to no worklife balance, toxic positivity (like when they called the meeting about taking away our bonuses “exciting news” and tried to gaslight us as to why this was a good thing), extreme micromanagement, listening to our headsets constantly without us knowing, AI rating our metrics, unrealistic expectations, you basically do 4 jobs in one (at Carvana, appraisals / selling, financial applications and documents / EPUs, sales and customer service were ALL DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS.
