Pros
Very team-oriented and work exceptionally well with school and life schedules. Managers are hands-on and maintain the definition of the "open-door" policy.
Cons
The Las Vegas (Sahara) Inventory department is located outside the building. 100+ degrees in the summer and occasional 20-60 degrees in the winter make for very unpleasant working conditions. Very limited upward mobility in the service department, unless willing to transfer to another location where a position is needed.
