      Pros

      I love working for the company. Lots of perks. You get free merchandise and free lunches when you win. My coworkers are amazing and I love my environment.

      Cons

      If you’re not used to collections, it’s a hard learning curve. My direct boss can be rude and condescending. You have to have thick skin to deal with the customers.

      Love the customers and trying to help get them driving

      Cons

      Literally everything else. Still in training and there's no real training. Im working with a current BM, and she is absolutely not a good trainer- but she's everyone's best friend and everyone else loves her. She treats mistakes like smelly diapers and belittles you for not being able to memorize the scripting fast enough. No encouragement, rather toxic.
