Pros
If you are eager to learn how to do your job well & execute which, you'll succeed. They're open to asking questions, thinking outside the box, and keeping things simple. The computer system seems "old" at first glance, but really it's simple & super easy to use so why add extra UI for something that already works great as is?! I love it. Plus, they're constantly thinking not only how to get better today, but what the company should be doing years down the road.
Cons
Some of the customers aren't the most pleasant.... Then again, they often call back & apologize when they're rude so that's a bonus.
