Terrible Place to Work - Anonymous employee CarHop Employee Review

Leadership is terrible. The preach coaching and development but don’t practice what they preach. Their mantra is “figure it out” but don’t provide the tools, leadership, or training to allow you do figure it out. The product is awful. The company fixes as little as possible on every car meaning that nearly every customer runs into a significant mechanical problem shortly after buying. The store team is then told to have the customer “figure it out”. They are simply taking advantage of customers who are in a bad situation to start with.
