Pros
The feeling I get from helping someone drive is impossible to explain. It's amazing that this company is able to help so many people who can't get help elsewhere. Also the leadership is amazing, they are constantly asking the people throughout the company how we can get better and truly care about each individual.
Cons
I would say that maybe the hours seem to be hard on work/life balance sometimes as in our pursuit of a positive customer experience we are often at work untill 8-9pm (depending on your location) but they are what they have to be to make it work so it's not like there is much that can be done there. If we were to close at 6 every day I don't think it would effect sales much as we already are staying late anyway when busy and that might help to improve the work/life balance. Realistically though the company is extremely open to making sure they accommodate your life needs in the end.
