Pros

Justin is a great manager. Very flexible and understanding. Gives you consistent feedback. Schedule is great. You can work in the morning or night shifts depending on what's best for you. Good pay.

Cons

Long hours typing. Sometimes people trauma dump on you. Hard to keep up to their ideal productivity level all the time. No direct deposit which makes it a bit inconvenient.

Pros

I have been working at Capture ISG since 2017, and it has been a wonderful experience. When I think of my ideal workplace, I think of a place where I can be myself, be comfortable, be respected, be paid fairly, and of course, be appreciated. Capture ISG does all of these things. The owner and management take great efforts to make everyone happy there. They are truly understanding and caring people. They make it clear that they value me and want me there. Capture ISG prides itself on a good work environment. They retain their best employees, and those employees are not only hardworking and loyal, but kind and good people. They understand that when you are loyal to your employees, they remain loyal to you. Overall, this is a great company.

Pros

-It's employment, if you are in need of employment. -Flexable scheduling around other jobs and fair enough wages.

Cons

High expectations with very little training or professional structure. -The lack of management and the inability to create a cohesive work environment creates high levels of stress and contridictive direction. Micromanaged and compartmentalized review of metrics makes for difficult understanding of expectations. -Different demeanors and lack of communication among upper mangement affects how they treat their employees.
