Only the perks are there like flexible timings.
Cons
Work culture is worst especially operations department. There is no job security. They will ask u to put letter anytime without informing. Huge politics. Every 6 months the team gets changed. No value of hard work no matter what u did. Even though u might have sent reports midnight 2 AM. U are still not good performer for them and will never guide u what wrong we did or what we have to improve.
