      -Salary is average compared to industry - Great benefits (health care, Matching RRSP, employee share purchase program, etc.) - Bonus was good even in tough times. - People were great

      - Smaller mining company, less options for professional/structured career development - Corporate management was not as involved as they could have been

      Pros

      Great benefits, nice people. My boss is flexible when it comes to WFH/time off but it depends on your job description.Effort is being made to improve work culture.

      Cons

      No shuttle despite the relatively remote location, can be high stress at times.
