      Pros

      Capstone is a nation wide company that also offers road crew positions.

      Cons

      Doesn’t offer a high enough pay grade on sliding scale. Max pay does not meet the max output for production. Many times I cross the max pay threshold. Higher pay rate is needed when an employee crosses the max for their shift.

      Pros

      staying busy keeping active pretty much it's a workout.

      Cons

      very shady pay. you don't get paid hourly you get paid according to the trucks and they do not give you insight according to how much each truck is. you in term share the pay with the other package handlers.
