      - Great work environment. - A lot of opportunities to learn and grow within the company. - Team environment - where anyone is willing to help one another. - Recently renovated office with a stocked fridge!

      Pros

      I’ve been working at Capitol for over 10 years and I can’t imagine working anywhere else. The owners are very generous and they treat us like family. Coworkers are supportive, funny, hard-working and dedicated. We all work together as a team and I really enjoy working with them.

      Cons

      I can't think of any. I wouldn't be here for over 10 years if I didn't like working here.

      Pros

      The work environment is fun and laid back. Both bosses are great and really care about their staff. I am a long term employee and have always found Capitol to be an enjoyable place where I don't mind going to work every day. They are always looking to promote from within and move current staff up the ladder.
